Meet Our Therapists
Molly Lane, LICSW
Licensed in: Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of Teacher Talk. As a former school social worker, I saw first-hand how challenging of a job my teacher colleagues faced every day. I am excited about working closely with teachers again, and helping them enjoy longer, more fulfilling careers.
I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where we can work together to problem-solve, build skills, and identify what will work best for you. My goal is to empower teachers to identify their own strengths and coping skills to continue to have fulfilling careers in education.
Molly Quinn, LICSW
Licensed in: Massachusetts, Rhode Island
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) that has spent most of my career working in schools alongside educators, so I have an inside look at the unique aspects of the profession that make it incredibly challenging, demanding, and exhausting. Teachers balance lengthy to-do lists, learn new curriculum, adhere to assessment schedules, carry the emotions of their students, and respond to caregiver requests all while hopefully having a moment to use the restroom and drink some water.
At Teacher Talk, my goal is to help educators sustain meaningful careers while caring for their own mental well-being. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space, balancing validation with a solution-oriented approach. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I work closely with clients to ensure our time together feels safe, empowering, and productive. I'm here to support teachers in improving their quality of life—at school, at home, and everywhere in between.
Erika Griffin, LICSW
Licensed in: Massachusetts
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the last 27 years. The majority of those years I have spent working as a school adjustment counselor. I have witnessed first hand the tremendous pressure and stress that my teachers experience with the ever changing world of education.
I bring experience, compassion and empathy to this role and have always been told what a good listener I am. Teachers often feel unheard while being tasked with more and more demands. As a therapist, I honor my clients’ voices and stories, and work collaboratively with them to build on their strengths to overcome challenging situations.
