Accessible, relatable, therapy just for you.

Hi, I’m Molly.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and founder of Teacher Talk. As a former school social worker, I saw first-hand how challenging of a job my teacher colleagues faced every day. I’m excited to work closely with teachers again, and help them enjoy longer, more fulfilling careers.

Is it normal to feel burned out as a teacher?

Absolutely. Teaching is emotionally intense and often under-supported. If you're feeling drained, anxious, or disconnected from the work you once loved, you're not alone—and it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you're human.

You deserve care too. We're here to help.

I'm a school administrator—how can I bring Teacher Talk to my school?

We partner with schools and districts to offer Teacher Talk as part of professional development or through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). If you’d like to bring mental health support to your staff, we’d love to connect.
